I am so thrilled to be representing Stampendous today in my part of the CHA Designer Blog Hop! I love the products from this company and love they are now the owners of Dreamweaver Stencils! So let me show you the goodies I started with and see the end product!
Stampendous was so great to send options!
I started by stamping the images I was planning to use. I knew I wanted a 3D look so stamped the fairy image several times.
I then started by adding color to the canvas. I used acrylic paints in a sage green, cream, sky blue and a brighter blue. I just worked the colors until I got the look I wanted.
I colored the stamped images with color pencil. I got so involved with the project I stopped taking step out photos. So I added die cut trees, dimensional foam dots, glitter and a cool piece of lace for texture and interest. This is finished project!
And some close up images...
I am so glad that I got to work with Stampendous on this project! Hope you enjoyed this project! Keep creating!
