So  I am playing with Dreamweaver, Art Glitter & Copic Markers.

Soap stencil and then place on sticky paper.

Cover exposed area with Art Glitter Microfine Transparent Glitter.
Remove stencil and put on your second color.
Burnish the image with your finger to get a nice smooth feel.

Start coloring with your Copic OVER the Art Glitter.

 Blend.
Put the stencil back over the image and use Translucent Embossing paste to cover the image.

 Remove Stencil!
 Apply More Glitter!!!!
 Let Dry again
Add a few more accents of color.
 Layer on your card Front!
I layered all of this on Graphic 45 French Country paper and used WorldWin DoubleMates for matting and for accents.  Hope you enjoy this today!
