CROP & SHOP

This event is to benefit the pre-teens at our church to go to camp. Many of children are brought to church by bus and are not in a financial situation to send their kids to a great camp that is so positive.


Dates: June 4th - 6pm-11pm June 5th - 9am-9:30pm

Note, the church has a motion activated security system that will activate on Friday night after we have left and will not deactivate until the next morning. You may leave all your items over night.


What every cropper will receive:

• 4ft of table space
• 1 entry for the door prize drawings
• Snack on Friday Night
• All meals on Saturday
• Bidding on cool silent auction items
• Thank you gift from the pre-teens
• Help in and out with your supplies

For payments received by May 26, 2010 you will receive:

• 4ft of table space
• 2 entries for the door prize drawings
• Snack on Friday night

• Two Make & Takes for free (one Friday & one Saturday)
• Demo on Friday night
• Special entry for Friday night only door prizes

It takes 4 croppers to send one child to camp so bring your friends.

The Scrap Nook will have a shop set up in case you for got some of your important supplies or need paper, stamps, glitter etc. There will be some other local vendors there as well!

Karen Taylor will be doing the make and take shown below.

I will be teaching a make and take on Friday & Saturday. (These will be FREE if you pay your fee by or before May 26!)

I will also be doing some demos and teaching 2 classes on Saturday. Working on the Samples to display here! Both will be card classes. Price will be between $5 & $10.

There will be places provided around the crop area to plug in your tools or set up stations. There will be some tools provided.

One Make & Take For the Crop

This Great Make & Take will be taught by Karen Taylor. She is a designer for Nikki Sivils! Nikki will be providing some items for give away and suppling Karen witht he materials for this great project!
